WELLNIVO CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made on Wellnivo, a wellness travel and retreat booking platform owned and operated by MEDINIVO HEALTHTRIP PRIVATE LIMITED.
By making a booking on Wellnivo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES
At Wellnivo, we believe in making wellness travel as seamless and stress-free as possible—for both guests and retreat hosts. One of the key ways we do this is by simplifying the cancellation process.
Instead of each retreat having its own complex set of rules, Wellnivo offers three standardized cancellation policies, along with the option for a custom policy when needed. This ensures clarity, consistency, and fairness, while still allowing flexibility for unique retreat requirements.
We encourage all retreat hosts to choose one of the standardized policies whenever possible.
AVAILABLE CANCELLATION POLICY TYPES
Wellnivo offers four cancellation policy types. The policy applicable to your booking is clearly displayed on the retreat page and included in your booking confirmation email.
1. FREE CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. Cancel 1 or more days before the retreat start date:
    100% refund of the deposit
  2. The remaining balance, if any, is payable upon arrival at the retreat
If you paid the full amount at the time of booking:
  1. 100% refund of the remaining balance is available up to 1 day before the retreat begins
Please refer to your booking confirmation email for exact deposit and balance amounts.
2. FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. Cancel 30 or more days before the retreat start date:
    100% refund of the deposit
  2. Cancel 15–29 days before the retreat start date:
    50% refund of the deposit
  3. Cancel 0–14 days before the retreat start date:
    No refund of the deposit
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
If you paid in full at the time of booking:
  1. 100% refund of the remaining balance is available up to 1 day before the retreat begins
Your booking confirmation email contains your deposit and balance details.
3. MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit
  1. Cancel 60 or more days before the retreat start date:
    100% refund
  2. Cancel 30–59 days before the retreat start date:
    50% refund
  3. Cancel 0–29 days before the retreat start date:
    No refund
Remaining Balance
  1. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date
  2. Cancel 30 or more days before the retreat start date:
    100% refund of the remaining balance
  3. Cancel 0–29 days before the retreat start date:
    No refund of the remaining balance

4. CUSTOM CANCELLATION POLICY
Some retreats may operate under a custom cancellation policy defined by the retreat host.
If a custom policy applies:
  1. It will be clearly listed on the retreat page
  2. It will be shown before checkout
  3. It will be included in your booking confirmation email

IMPORTANT NOTES
  1. The cancellation policy displayed on the retreat page applies to your booking
  2. Deposit and balance amounts may vary by retreat—always refer to your booking confirmation email
  3. If you are unable to attend your retreat, we recommend cancelling as early as possible
  4. You may optionally contact the retreat host as a courtesy, though Wellnivo will notify them automatically
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We understand that life happens. Unexpected events can affect even the most carefully planned trips. That’s why these policies are designed to balance fairness, simplicity, and compassion—for both travelers and retreat hosts.
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING
To cancel your booking on Wellnivo:
  1. Log in to your Wellnivo account
  2. Click your profile icon (top-right corner)
  3. Select My Retreats
  4. Click View Details next to your booking
  5. Review the cancellation policy applied to your retreat
  6. Click Cancel Booking and confirm your choice
Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
CANCELLATION DISPUTES
If there is a disagreement regarding a cancellation or refund:
  1. The issue must be reported to Wellnivo within 24 hours
  2. Guests and hosts are encouraged to first attempt resolution directly
  3. Wellnivo may step in to review and mediate when necessary
All final decisions regarding cancellation disputes rest with MEDINIVO HEALTHTRIP PRIVATE LIMITED.
We ask all guests and retreat hosts to approach every situation with understanding, flexibility, and compassion—because that is what this journey is all about.
