For bookings processed through the Wellnivo platform:
PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments made on the Wellnivo platform are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, which may include PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe, or other authorized payment service providers.
By completing a payment, you authorize Wellnivo and its payment partners to process your transaction using the payment method selected at checkout.
Wellnivo does not store full credit card, debit card, or banking details. All payment information is securely handled by payment service providers in accordance with applicable security standards, including PCI-DSS.
CURRENCY, FEES & TAXES
Prices may be displayed in local currencies for convenience. The final charged amount may vary due to currency conversion rates, foreign exchange fees, or bank charges applied by payment providers or financial institutions.

- Retreat providers are independent third parties responsible for delivering the booked services in accordance with the listing details
